• Courtesy inspection and repair of any open voids from the exterior into your lower level prior to finishing. 

• ​Provide and install a water alarm system in the sump pit location. keep water where it should be and away from where it shouldn't . Instantly detect water as low as 3/16". Basementology believes your investment is worth protecting.
  

• Provide a foam and seal around all lower level windows and foundation wall to framing sill plate.

• Provide a complimentary inspection from our certified HVAC inspector to the existing furnace and duct work to ensure a hassle free system after the system becomes converted to a finished area. Any air leaks will be sealed at no additional charge.

• Complimentary professional  cleaning of the furnace, mechanical room and lower level windows.

• Zip panel located at the top of the stairs to help prevent dust mitigation. Cold air returns sealed to prevent dust transfer through mechanical system.

•  Replacement of furnace filter upon completion of project.

• Install doorbell in lower level upon request at no additional charge.

• Provide temporary toilet and dumpster.

• Pick up and deliver all necessary material to complete your project.

• Premium Sherwin Williams low or No VOC paint.
